  How long is your delivery time?

Our normal delivery time is 2-3 days if the product is in stock.

We cooperate with Postnord and send our packages with 1st Class priority within Sweden. If you place your order before 12:00, it will be packed and picked up by Postnord on the same day. If the product is out of stock or has a delayed delivery time, that information is indicated on the specific product page.

Order of products such as e.g. Elegance Hair Remover, Ear cleansing spiral and any of our smaller items are sent as a regular letter and therefore you won't be able to track the shipment. We therefore primarily refer to the order confirmation you received by email and only after that to contact our customer service.

  What payment options do you have?

With us you can pay with the following options:

Swish (Only available in Sweden)

Klarna Invoice

Klarna Direct Payment

Card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, DK etc.)

  Can I pay with invoice or make partial payments?

Yes, you can. (If you live in Sweden)

You can choose to pay with Klarna Invoice or Klarna Installments

  I have ordered and paid but not received my goods

If you have not received your goods within 5 working days, it may be because one or more of the products in your order are temporarily out of stock

Information about status and delayed delivery time can be found on each individual page for the products concerned. Your order is in a priority queue for immediate delivery when all the goods are in stock.
