Normal delivery time is 1-9 days depending on which country and address the order should be sent to and which shipping method the customer chooses. It may take longer under certain circumstances such as high order volumes during high season, force majeure and other unexpected events.
We send orders primarily with Postnord. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays caused by the shipping company or is within their area of responsibility.
If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or other carrier and make a claim notification. Do not collect a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of the kind that it can be attributed to the postal or transport company handling, you must contact them and make a claim notification. If any dispute with the mail or the transport company cannot be resolved, please contact us. If you have ordered but not collected your shipment before it goes back to us (package about 1 month, letter 14 days), we will refund you the full amount except for the corresponding shipping cost (normally between 5-15 EUR/USD depending on the details of your order).
We follow the law on distance contracts according to the Consumer Agency's recommendations. According to the Distance Contract Act, you have the right to return ordered defect-free goods without giving any reason. Notice of this must be provided as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days after the goods have been received (not applicable to certain exempt orders). It is always guaranteed on the products you buy (1 year). If you can prove that there is a manufacturing defect on the product, you always get new parts, but the warranty does not apply to wear and tear. You pay the return shipping yourself. If you have made the payment via Klarna then it is those who handle the refund when returning / regretting.
